Tim Ryan - Founder & CEO

Tim is the founder and CEO of Vestiigo.com, an online career site that helps to connect young professionals with Canada's best and brightest companies.

Before founding Vestiigo, Tim spent over 5 years as a marketing professional in the technology and telecom industries. He was most recently responsible for Market Planning & Pricing at Bell Mobility.

Tim is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Munk School for Global Affairs, where he earned his undergraduate degree in International Relations and History. He received his Master's degree in Business from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble in France.

In his spare time, Tim is an avid snowboarder and technology enthusiast. He's read the odd history book or two and gets out on his bike whenever he can. While he grew up in London, England he returned to his native Toronto because in his mind it's the best city on the planet. He goes back to England as much as he can to visit his family.

Lance Wang - Marketing Coordinator

Graduating from the position of lowly intern, Lance makes sure that clients stay happy and members don't miss out on any awesome opportunities. Alongside that, you can find Lance writing many of the weekly blog articles, as well as firing off a marketing idea here and there.

Prior to joining Vestiigo, Lance was a volunteer breakdancing instructor at the UWO Breakers Club, and he's still known to bust a move or two from time to time.

Lance is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he majored in Media, Information and Technoculture with a focus on journalistic writing and cultural studies.

Melvin Wong - Business Coordinator

Melvin is responsible for identifying Canada's best and brightest companies for Vestiigo's growing community.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and being well versed in digital, have given him the tools needed to help grow Vestiigo. Always looking out for the interest of the community, the first question he asks when prospecting a company is "Would I want to work here?".

Melvin holds a B.A in Economics from York University. He knows how to drop a fade away and loves trying new cuisines.

Zach Lytwyn - Advisor

Zach is a member of Vestiigo's advisory board where he provides key insight on all things digital.

An established digital marketing practitioner, Zach has been integral in the online growth of global and national brands within Canada. Focused on delivering innovative, creative and strategic solutions, Zach eats, sleeps and breathes the digital space and its proven potential in building/ connecting brands and individuals.

Zach is currently Digital Marketing Manager at WIND Mobile and is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University where he majored in Communication Studies.

Staney Varghese - Advisor

Staney advises Vestiigo on technical and marketing initiatives as well as on the overall member experience.

Currently completing his MBA at the Schulich School of Business, Staney has been involved in various internal and external marketing initiatives over the past year. He took a lead role in hosting Schulich's Annual Marketing Conference this past March and was also a volunteer at TwestivalTO, which helped raise more than $20,000 for children's education through social media. He's recently been elected President of the Schulich Marketing Association for 2010-2011.

He most recently worked as a software engineer at MindTree Consulting in Bangalore, India and led several large projects, including one that took him to Washington D.C.

Staney loves blogging, soccer and the acoustic guitar.
