Overview
When we say “support” at FreshBooks, we don’t mean it in the way you’re probably used to. We mean: we really support FreshBooks customers. We’re there for them. We take an active interest in their business, cheer them on, and go out of our way to make their day better. Customer support is never an afterthought; never something we have to do - it’s what we want to do. That’s one of the things that defines us.

Skills
You will:
Respond to users’ email inquiries, moderate our community forums and rock support phone calls. And do all of that with a spring in your step, a song on your lips and a sparkle in your eye. You’ll also be working on support-related projects and helping to keep FreshBooks the most fun place to work ever.

We need you to have:
Front-line customer support experience
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
A convivial, bulletproof personality
A knack for empathy: to really listen to our customers and think yourself into their shoes
The appetite and capacity to keep learning as every day throws up new challenges
A supreme comfort with the Interwebs
An ability to brainstorm and come up with creative ideas
An ability to see projects through to completion with minimal instruction or management
